security initiative hosted at our private hunting retreat, Glo-Rock Ranch.
About Us
Hunt with Heart brings together what we do best: building, serving, and investing in the people of North Central Arkansas. Each season, we invite students from local school outdoor programs to Glo-Rock Ranch for a weekend of mentorship, learning, and purpose.
Paired with experienced guides, these young people learn the ethics and responsibility of the harvest, lessons that extend far beyond the field. Every deer taken is processed and donated to the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas, turning a weekend in the woods into meals for families who need them most.

Glo-Rock Ranch
Nestled at the confluence of the White and Buffalo Rivers in Baxter County, Glo-Rock Ranch is a private hunting retreat just seven minutes from Crownover’s headquarters. In partnership with Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, we manage this land through careful stewardship, from controlled burns to wildlife habitat improvements.
While the ranch primarily serves as an exclusive retreat for seasoned outdoorsmen, we are proud to open its gates for Hunt with Heart, putting this premier resource to work for mentorship and community good.
